If you book directly with us either through our website or call us directly or whatsapp us.

 

Direct booking is mostly pay@check-in. Of course we would dearly appreciate if you could let us know as early as possible any cancellation to allow us to serve other customers.

 

Sometimes you may have paid a advance.  In such cases You get a FULL REFUND for all cancellations 1 day prior to check in date. 

 

If you book indirectly i.e the other OTA’s or agents etc

 

Please refer to their (agents/OTA’s or intermidiary) individual refund and cancellation policies at the time of booking.
